Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Temp-to-Hire)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can manage all aspects of accounting with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
Process payroll and assist with payroll tax filings (ADP experience a plus)
Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting
Perform job costing, billing, and account analysis
Support external CPA with audit prep and year-end closings
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Experience in [industry, e.g., construction, logistics] is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
